ABOUT ME
Prior to starting my private practice I completed my postdoctoral fellowship at Stanford University's Counseling and Psychological Services where I provided therapy, consultation, trainings, and outreach services. I received my pre-doctoral internship training from UC Los Angeles Counseling and Psychological Services and my doctorate in Counseling, Clinical and School Psychology from UC Santa Barbara.
I have practiced in a variety of clinical settings and enjoy working with individuals and couples, including adolescents and adults. I have a passion for interpersonal and emotionally-focused forms of psychotherapy and have a specialization in areas relating to emotional and sexual intimacy, sexuality, and gender. I also provide Exposure and Response Prevention treatment for OCD.
In addition to my therapy practice I am also involved in professional organizations that fuel my passion for multicultural counseling, social justice work, clinical supervision, and training.
